Nextgen Hitech Semiconductor Pvt. Ltd. (NHSPL) is a pioneering initiative in India’s semiconductor ecosystem, formed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) by Kaypee Enterprises and Myotic Trading Pvt. Ltd., and guided by the global expertise of the Hitachi Group and PONNI Tech (Singapore). NHSPL is established with a focused vision to develop a state-of-the-art Foundry (FAB) and Semiconductor Assembly and Testing (ATMP) facility at the Dholera Semiconductor Industrial Park, Gujarat, under India’s Semiconductor Mission.

NHSPL has forged strong strategic partnerships with global technology leaders including Hitachi Energy (Japan), Hitachi Hi-Tech, VLC (Spain),for its Fab & ATMP for Silicon carbide (SiC) based Power Semiconductor manufacturing facility.
